Professor, doctoral supervisor, employed at the X-ray diffraction crystal structure laboratory of the Academy of Sciences, China University of Geosciences (Beijing). I have been engaged in mineral X-ray diffraction experiments and research on mineral crystal structure and crystal chemistry for a long time. I have made outstanding contributions in the field of new mineral discovery and research on mineral crystal structure and crystal chemistry, and have obtained a series of significant original scientific discoveries. Currently, as the main discoverer, I have discovered 34 new minerals and have been approved by the New Minerals, Nomenclature and Classification Committee of the International Mineralogical Association. I am one of the scholars who have discovered the most new minerals in China today, At the same time, various rare mineral new structures and new crystal chemical phenomena were discovered. I have led or researched more than ten national level scientific research projects, and the achievement of the National Natural Science Foundation project "Research on Supergroup New Minerals of Calcite in China" was selected as one of China's "Top Ten Geology in 2013". The newly discovered mineral Hanjiang Stone was selected as one of China's "Top Ten Geological Science and Technology Advances in 2010". Has won provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological achievement awards multiple times, and has published more than 130 papers in professional academic journals and magazines at home and abroad
