3 On the 28th of the month, the polishing meeting for the application materials of our talent project was successfully held. The meeting was chaired by the department head Long Xiaoping, and attended by Dong Yunpeng, Zhang Xingliang, Chen Lihui, and Fu Dongjing as evaluation experts. Experts have comprehensively improved the quality of application materials and solidly promoted the construction of talent teams through centralized discussions and individual annotations. At the meeting, Director Long Xiaoping pointed out that talent project application is the core link of talent attraction, discipline development, and platform construction within the department, directly related to the quality and efficiency of talent team construction and the momentum of first-class discipline development. He emphasized that the purpose of this polishing meeting is to ensure that the materials are more in line with the evaluation standards and fully demonstrate the academic strength and development potential of the applicants through expert collective review and precise guidance. Subsequently, the attending experts reviewed the applicant's materials one by one and made detailed annotations on each page and paragraph of the application materials.
