6 On the 3rd of the month, the Department of Geology at Northwest University held a joint meeting of the Party and the government. At the meeting, Comrade Chen Feng, Secretary of the Party Committee, first conveyed the requirements of the school's strict and standardized implementation of the "first topic" system.
